WELCOME TO ALIGN
After 18 months of intense discussion with dozens of staff and leaders from across the UCI and UCI Health enterprise, we are pleased to introduce Align, UCI’s new performance program for non-represented staff. Align can be summarized in three words: purposeful, flexible, and simple.
Purposeful
- Two-way conversations between staff and leaders that focus on key deliverables and behaviors, alignment of expectations, and pathways for success
- Gives you a better understanding of how your efforts make an impact at UCI/UCI Health
- Empowers you to excel in your role and helps your leader understand your potential
Flexible
Schools/units will see greater results from aligned efforts and have flexibility with how they leverage Align to achieve operational and strategic priorities. With the new program, leaders can foster an environment where development and engagement results in greater success for everyone.
Simple
Align requires only two check-ins per year, without any pre-set questions to answer. Check-ins are scheduled based on what works best for your business unit.
